Based on the discussion with your Travel Counselor, you have to pay 10% - 25% of your Total Trip amount to process the reservation. The balance amount can be paid after receiving the Travel vouchers.
You can pay via Bank Transfers, Cheques or in cash. We accept all Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards and most major debit cards which are subject to 2.5% processing fee.
Since we customize packages as per your demands, the cancellation policy varies across hotels and services. However, you're informed about the detailed cancellation policy before you make any payments collected on our site. There would be a dedicated Travel Counselor assigned exclusively to you, who would be in touch with you from the time when the query was initiated till the time the tour ends, In case of any issues faced by you, a solution would be immediately offered, still unsatisfied you can escalate the call us . The Hotels, Transport and the services used by us are tried and tested for over 25 years.
We will assign one exclusive Travel Counselor to process your reservation , Once the hotels / itinerary and the rates have been finalized , The Counselor would send a Performa invoice listing the amount payable ,reservation details and the package inclusions ,If you are satisfied with the details we will start to process the reservation.
We would need 10- 25 % advance payment to process the reservation, after we receive the confirmations and payment time limits from respective hotels, we would inform you on the final payment schedule, which would vary from a hotel to a hotel, Seasonality and the Destination.
Once the reservation is confirmed and the advance is received. We will send you by email /courier, a confirmation voucher detailing all the details pertaining to the particular reservation. This should be presented to the hotel at the time of check in.
